     Orthotic Prosthetic Resources offers consulting services on an on-going basis to help O & P practitioners maintain an effective Quality Assessment and Improvement Program, Policy and Procedure Development and Review, Safety Documentation, and Patient Care Handout Information.

How much does this service cost?

     Payment for consulting services in an Orthotic-Prosthetic maintenance program may vary. For example:

• Fee for service may be set at a "per hour" rate with the service available as little or as often as the need arises.
• Fee for service may be set at an agreed upon monthly rate for a specific number of hours of service per month.
• Fee for service may be set at a lump sum for each specific service provided, such as: preparing a Quality Assessment and Improvement Program report, Facility Audit, etc.

     The purpose of a Consulting Service Maintenance Program is to assist a facility and its practitioners achieve the goal of maintaining and improving their standards of performance at an affordable cost.
